Retention Marketing

Uso de publicidad y relaciones públicas para recordar a los clientes a usar un producto o servicio. Para empresas que entienden el calor de las métricas, esta táctica típicamente se enfoca a la tasa de deserción. Su objetivo es crecer la base de clientes enfocándose en retener a los clientes, no sólo en la adquisición de ellos.
